Both teams to score tips for a 4-fold accumulator on Sunday 17th April 2016 with the best odds for the bet.
We’ve once again picked out the four matches from Sunday’s extensive fixture list in which we think both sides will find the net for a BTTS tip. The best odds are just over 9/1 at 888Sport and if you open a new account you’ll get treble the odds for first bet – that’s 27/1.
Both Teams to Score Tips 17th April
Liverpool may be a little exhausted from their Thursday night exertions, but they’re always good for a goal and they should be full of confidence. Klopp will probably give Daniel Sturridge a start here although Origi has been in scintillating form recently. Both sides have scored in their last four league matches and of course in their last two Europa League games, making it no clean sheet in six. Bournemouth always look handy at home and although there was a 0-4 defeat to Man City here recently, they beat Swansea 3-2 and lost 1-3 to Stoke. Exactly 50% of their games here this season have ended with both sides scoring, but with Liverpool’s current form, I would be throwing this one into the weekend BTTS tip.
Rayo Vallecano v Villarreal
Another side who may be a little fatigued by Thursday is Villarreal. They will face Liverpool in the next round after they won 2-4 at Sparta Prague. They are riding high in La Liga, but this won’t be an easy away game. They have scored too many goals away from home this season, but have netted in their last two. They scored two goals in both of those games and they recently drew 2-2 with Barcelona at home, so they clearly aren’t short of firepower. Rayo Vallecano are usually useful enough at home. They’ve scored in their last seven home matches and their only clean sheet in their last four at home was against the useless Getafe.
Rennes v Guingamp
Rennes let us down last week by failing to score against Nice. In fairness to the visitors, the hosts were very handy and the tie was finished by half time. They are back at home here as they host Guingamp. They’ve scored 10 goals in their last four home matches, so we shouldn’t expect another blank here from Rennes. They’ve conceded four goals, which shows a little defensive vulnerability and they were carved open by Nice easily last weekend. Guingamp have scored in their last away games, but they have struggled defensively. They recently lost 4-3 to Lorient and this could be a similar scoreline.
Belenenses v Academica
Finally, we head to the Portuguese top flight for this match. Belenenses have been in mixed form recently and although their results haven’t looked too bad, they’ve lost three of their last four here. They lost 2-5 to Sporting last time out, which shows they have enough going forward to worry even the best teams, but have been suspect at the back. They netted against Porto recently too and 21 of their 39 goals this season have come here at home. Academica are the visitors and they sit in 17th. They are yet to win away this season but recently drew 2-2 with Moireirense and lost 3-2 to Arouca, which shows they are getting closer to that elusive victory.
