Stoke were beaten 2-1 here against Liverpool last weekend and they face a slightly easier task here against Hull. The Tigers have shown fight, spirit and determination recently but the majority of their points and success has arrived at the KCOM Stadium. Away from home they haven’t found solutions but Marco Silva’s side did find the net at the Etihad and the KP. Stoke tend to score here and have netted in each of their last 8 matches. They’ve kept three clean sheets in that run but one of them came against a barren Middlesbrough side.
Rennes are very hard to beat at home but they are struggling to turn draws into wins. They’ve only failed to score once at Roazhon Park in the last 12 months and that came against PSG. Three of their last five matches here have finished 1-1. Lille are just a couple of places behind their hosts in the table and will be competitive. They were edged out by Nice (2-1) in their last match and away from home they’ve notched in each of the last six games. They scored against Marseille and PSG and should find a way past the Rennes defence.
Two sides who are not defending well meet in the Bundesliga. The hosts have conceded 15 goals in their last 5 matches and were comprehensively beaten on the road by Hertha. They’ve also shipped 13 in the last 6 home matches and are sure to offer Koln plenty of chances here. They have been finding the net here though with 9 scored in 5 matches and this could be a masterclass in defensive lapses. Koln possess the prolific Anthony Modeste and have hit 11 goals in their last 5 away matches including a 6-star display at bottom club Darmstadt.
Torino have been an excellent source of BTTS this season and they face a Crotone side who are showing signs of life. Davide Nicola’s side may have left it a little late but beat Inter 2-1 last weekend and made it back to back victories giving themselves a fighting chance. The Turin club haven’t kept a clean sheet since the 22nd of December and were involved in a 3-2 thriller on Sunday with Cagliari. Despite their upturn in form Crotone have still conceded 6 goals in 4 Serie A matches and Torino’s prolific frontline could strike here.
