This weekend's football accumulator tip on Saturday comes from around Europe as the leagues conclude and the odds for the 5-fold are just over 29/1 at Betfred.
As there are very few fixtures set to be staged in England and Scotland on Saturday, this Accumulator covers three games in the German Bundesliga plus one apiece from French Ligue 1 and Spanish La Liga.
Nice will be participating in the Champions League third qualifying round next season, and they claimed one of their better results this term when beating PSG 3-1 on home soil at the end of April. However, the Cote d’Azur team lost their two subsequent games as thoughts now turn to the next campaign, and they will travel to face a Lyon team outfit aiming to finish their Ligue 1 fixtures with a fourth successive league victory. Without any further distractions from the Europa League, Lyon could claim a fourth competitive home win since mid-April.
Lyon to beat Nice.
As per their three previous Bundesliga campaigns, relegation fears have occupied the attention of Hamburg for much of this season, and they must beat Wolfsburg in this home encounter to avoid participating in a two-legged relegation playoff tie. Wolfsburg have claimed a win and a draw from two matches since suffering a 6-0 home defeat by Bayern Munich, but they are just two points ahead of their hosts in the league table and will be aiming to avoid defeat in this encounter. Having earned just one point from their last five contests, Hamburg may need to settle for a draw and they will need to watch Mario Gomez, who is seeking his eighth goal since the beginning of April for Wolfsburg.
Hamburg to draw with Wolfsburg.
Although Hertha Berlin drew with Bayern Munich and have been beaten by both Leipzig and Hoffenheim on home soil this year, they have won each of their other Bundesliga games at the Olympiastadion during 2017, and they are now aiming to confirm their position in the Europa League group stages for next season. Hertha host a Bayer Leverkusen outfit winless in six contests since beating relegated Darmstadt 2-0. Bayer have narrowly avoided relegation, but they could end a disappointing campaign by suffering a third defeat in four away matches.
Hertha Berlin to beat Bayer Leverkusen.
Mainz retained their Bundesliga top flight status for next term by recovering from a 2-0 deficit when playing Eintracht Frankfurt last weekend to claim an eventual 4-2 victory, and they now travel to face a Koln team still seeking Europa League qualification for next term. Koln are unbeaten in four matches and secured a thrilling 4-3 win against an in-form Werder Bremen outfit in their previous home game. A fifth home win this year is predicted for Koln with Mainz no longer needing to play at the same level of intensity as in previous weeks.
Koln to beat Mainz.
Las Palmas have earned just one La Liga point on the road this year when claiming a 3-3 draw at Real Madrid during early March, and they will arrive at Coruna having lost five of their last six matches with eighteen goals conceded. Hosts Deportivo have recently confirmed their top-flight status for next season and having beaten both Barcelona and Malaga on home turf in recent weeks amid an inconsistent set of results, they could celebrate their final game of the season with a victory.
Deportivo La Coruna to beat Las Palmas.
