13/1 Accumulator Tip from the Football League on Saturday 17th September

This weekend’s Football League betting tips are taken from the Championship and League Two and the odds for all three predictions to be correct are 13/1 at brand new bookies Dazn Bet.

With a number of top sides taking each other on in League 1 this weekend, I’ve decided to leave that alone and concentrate elsewhere. Norwich to win and & BTTS vs West Brom – 17/5 with Dazn Bet

Norwich at home in the Championship is 1 of the most rewarding, close to guaranteed selections you can make across the EFL and I’m backing them here. After only 1 point from their opening 3 games, Norwich have returned to the winning machine that they are and are on a 6-game winning streak which has catapulted them into 2^nd place in the Championship

West Brom on the other hand are struggling and are hovering ominously above the relegation places with only 1 win from their opening 9 games (6 draws). Although WBA are struggling to win games they are scoring goals and have scored in every away game so far this season and I believe they will continue that stat on Saturday.

With Norwich free scoring and doing enough to win games, I’m confident they will have too much for an out-of-sorts WBA side. However, I’m happy to back the win but with BTTS as I fancy the away side to grab a goal here.

 

Northampton to beat Rochdale – 4/5 with Dazn Bet

Northampton, 5 wins from 8, at home to Rochdale, 6 defeats in 8. Absolute no-brainer for me and I believe the price is far too big. Rochdale have only scored in 1 away game this season whilst Northampton have scored in and won all but 1 league home game.

After the heartache in the final minutes of last season due to the Miracle at the Mem, Northampton have started the season well and haven’t let that pain affect them so far, which is always a worry. They are scoring an average of 2 goals a game and I can’t see that stopping here.

Rochdale are rock bottom and only Gillingham have scored less goals than them. I can see their struggles continuing on Saturday. I thought about tipping the handicap betting but I’m happy with the win only price using the Dazn Bet welcome offer and will keep it as that.

 

Salford to beat Tranmere – 15/20 with Dazn Bet 

Salford are a team that have often let me down in the past but I’m willing to give them another go here. Similar to the above Northampton game, I think Salford are a decent price to beat Tranmere. They have started the season well and sit just outside the automatic promotion slots. Their home form is great and they are performing at both ends of the pitch.

Tranmere have 1 point from 4 away games and have struggled on the road so far this season with them only finding the net once in those 360 minutes of football.

I can’t see anything else from this game except a home win for Salford.
