Can the ‘Egyptian Messi’ help secure Premier League glory for Liverpool?
From the recent acquisition of Romelu Lukaku and the subsequent re-capture of Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Manchester United, to the newfound addition of Alexandre Lacazette at Arsenal and the latest instalment of Alvaro Morata down at Stamford Bridge – there have been several big-money moves and top-flight transactions that have successfully caught our attention this summer.
Although there will be many failed imports and disappointing incomers to fail to make the grade among the English top-flight this season, the upcoming domestic campaign has already taken on a tone of great excitement and passion.
Yet among the wide array of big-name stars and fresh-faced talents looking to prove their worth within the Premier League in 2017/18, there is one name that arguably stands out defiantly among the rest. One man, who with a bit of luck and good old fashioned fortune on his side, could theoretically help Liverpool secure their first Premier League title down at Anfield this season…
Mohamed Salah has now scored 3 goals in 4 starts for Liverpool across all competitions this season.

Mohamed Salah’s Obvious Potential
Most Premier League onlookers already knew all about Mohamed Salah from his previous stint among the English top-flight with Chelsea. Although the Egyptian international seemingly failed to cut it at Stamford Bridge, the quick-footed attacker nonetheless displayed enough glimpses of raw talent to keep him well within our collective footballing consciousness.
After facing a rather abrupt end to his Blues career just a few short seasons ago, Salah was subsequently picked up first by Fiorentina and then AS Roma among the Italian Serie A. It was here that the recently acquired Liverpool man struck upon some truly impressive form, showing those behind the scenes at Chelsea just what they were missing.
It seems odd that the Blues saw fit to rid themselves of such an obvious talent, but now that Mohamed Salah has recently joined Liverpool in a sizeable £37 million deal – the former Serie A favourite has little time to dwell upon past endeavours.

Promising Signs for Liverpool FC
Mohamed Salah has shown fine form for the Reds thus far, and he is seemingly destined to succeed at Anfield for several combining reasons. The manager’s desired style of play suits the frontman down to the ground, the Merseyside faithful have already taken the Egyptian goal-scorer well and truly under their wing, whilst his fellow attacking counterparts at Liverpool remain ready and willing to tear it up this season.
Alongside each of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and perhaps even Philippe Coutinho – should the in-demand Brazilian international ultimately look to stay put at Anfield this summer, Jurgen Klopp plays host to wealth of attacking options that are surely bound to perform rather well in 2017/18.
Whilst it will still likely take some time before Mohamed Salah is completely adjusted to the ongoing trials and tribulations of the English top-flight, he has already shown fine goal-scoring form for Liverpool and doesn’t look like letting up any time soon.
Salah gives use so much more balance for counter attacks. Great signing ?

A new Anfield favourite in the making?
Liverpool must now sure up their defensive frailties in order to match their incredible attacking potential for the 2017/18 campaign. Despite beginning the previous league season in similar goal-scoring fashion, it was Klopp’s defence that ultimately let the Reds down throughout the course of the entire term.
With someone like Mohamed Salah on board however, perhaps Liverpool already possess everything they need to launch a real meaningful push for the Premier League title this season. Stranger things have certainly transpired among the English top-flight…
