Reasons for this Weekend’s Football Betting Tips

Having won eight successive competitive games, Feyenoord now travel to lowly PEC Zwolle in Eredivisie action and that clash features in this Sunday Accumulator alongside games from Switzerland, France, Turkey and Portugal. Home advantage may be crucial for host teams Servette, Galatasaray and Boavista while Brest can also be difficult to beat in Brittany and will be confident of overcoming out-of-form Saint Etienne. Odds of approximately 19/1 will be available for the successful outcome of these tips.

PEC Zwolle vs Feyenoord Betting Tip – Feyenoord win.

A 1-0 home win earned against Groningen earlier this month is the only victory registered by PEC Zwolle in their last five Eredivisie fixtures and they have also lost four of their five home matches played against the current top five in the league table. The fifth of those teams will be Sunday visitors Feyenoord, 1-0 winners at Heerenveen in midweek cup action. Unbeaten in league action since the beginning of October, the Rotterdam based outfit have won their latest five league fixtures scoring at least twice per contest, and they could complete another victory.

Servette vs FC Zurich Betting Tip – Servette win.

A 1-0 Sunday loss at Swiss Super League leaders St Gallen was a setback for Servette but the Geneva based team had won seven of their previous eight league matches including the defeats of both Basel and Young Boys. Having won four consecutive home contests, Servette now welcome a Zurich outfit which beat St Gallen later last year but which has earned just a single point from three league fixtures played during 2020. A 4-0 home defeat by Basel last Saturday was not a good sign for the visitors and a home win is tipped.

Brest vs Saint-Etienne Betting Tip – Brest win.

Three successive Ligue 1 defeats have plunged St Etienne closer to the relegation zone and they suffered a 1-0 loss at Montpellier on Sunday despite playing against ten opponents for the second period. After narrowly beating French fourth-tier team Epinal in midweek Coupe de France action, Les Verts now return to league action having lost their last five league games on the road and visit Brest where the hosts have been beaten only by PSG this season. Five home wins in league action have already been earned by the Brittany team this season and they could beat their struggling visitors.

Galatasaray vs Yeni Malatyaspor Betting Tip – Galatasaray win.

After an indifferent start to their Turkish Super Lig season, Galatasaray have scored at least twice in winning their last five league matches although they were eliminated from the domestic cup on away goals despite completing a 3-1 victory on Wednesday evening. Having won their last five competitive fixtures on home soil, the Istanbul outfit now host a Malatyaspor team which has lost four of five previous matches with just one league victory registered this year. Yeni will enter this game facing the prospect a fourth successive defeat on the road and it is likely they will suffer that fate.

Boavista vs Belenenses Betting Tip – Boavista win.

There have been signs of a recent return to form for Boavista in the Portuguese Primeira Liga after an indifferent opening half of the campaign. Three successive victories have been registered without a goal having been conceded and they now host a Belenenses outfit which has lost six of seven previous Liga games including a 7-1 home defeat by Sporting Braga. The Lisbon based team have also been beaten in six of seven prior competitive fixtures on the road and they are facing another defeat.
