Leicester vs Newcastle Betting Tip – Jamie Vardy to Score Anytime

The first of our Friday night predictions comes from the Premier League game at the KP. Leicester have significantly improved under Brendan Rodgers, and the former Celtic boss has clearly given a number of his players a new lease of life.

The Foxes have been excellent in recent weeks, and they will be expected to collect three points in this fixture.

As well as James Maddison and Harvey Barnes, Jamie Vardy is a player who has hit a rich vein of form working under the Northern Irishman. He’s netted seven times in six games, and looks full of confidence. He’s notched 15 times this campaign, so almost 50% of his strikes have arrived since the end of February.

Newcastle don’t concede too many goals on the road, but they are without Florian Lejeune for this tie, with the defender picking up a season-ending injury last weekend.

Vardy will give the Magpies defence constant headaches, and he is likely to get plenty of chances in this game. With seventh place still very much up for grabs, Leicester have plenty to play for, and Vardy should have a big say in this one.

Vejle vs Horsens Betting Tip – Vejle Win

We’re off to Denmark for the second of our Friday night predictions with the home side Vejle fancied to get the better of Horsens.

Vejle Boldklub have been struggling all season, but a recent managerial change has coincided with a notable improvement in performances. They picked up an eye-catching victory on Sunday, sticking four past Sonderjyske. It was the first time that they’ve netted four all season, and it will give them a platform to build upon.

Since Constantin Galca was appointed, they’ve picked up four points from a possible nine, but they were extremely unlucky during his first game in charge. They took the lead against Esbjerg, but conceded a late goal.

Horsens have trouble on the road, and they haven’t been able to net in any of their last four away games. Their last away goal came back in December 2018, and they have lost on each of their last three visits to this stadium.

Vejle have netted seven times since the Romanian boss took over, and they should have too much for their opponents.

Villefranche vs JA Drancy Betting Tip – Villefranche Win

The last of our Friday night betting tips comes from the French National. Villefranche are a side that I’ve been following for a while, and they’re incredibly hard to beat.

They held on for a goalless draw against Bourg-en-Bresse last weekend, after going down to ten men, and they’ll be pleased to continue their unbeaten run here.

They haven’t lost since February 9th, and have beaten Pau and Boulogne here in recent weeks.

JA Drancy are bottom of the league, and although their defence isn’t too bad, it’s their lack of goals which has killed them this season. They’ve scored just five in their last eight, and netted just five times on the road all season.

The Paris club have failed to net in six of their last eight games, although they’ve only lost four times during that sequence.

The danger here could be the goalless draw, but I feel that Villefranche should have enough about them to at least get on the scoresheet.
