Is Lionel Messi truly the greatest player of all time?
After claiming a last minute victory in last night’s eagerly awaited El Clasico fixture, Lionel Messi now stands with the world at his feet – and plenty of screaming fans and admirers singing his praises from all across the globe.
Although his victorious Barcelona side were nearly forced to leave the Bernabeu with nothing but a single point for their hard-fought efforts, Messi’s influence on the game was as effective as it was spectacular. In the end, there was very little Real Madrid could have ultimately done to have stopped the little Argentinean wizard.
