Carlisle vs Plymouth Prediction – Plymouth Win
The Pilgrims continued their excellent form last weekend with an away win at Scunthorpe. Ryan Lowe’s side have been in superb form and they’ve added Blackpool’s Ryan Hardie on loan this week. The Devon side have won three of their last four away from home and have recently beaten Cheltenham and Forest Green Rovers, neither of whom would have gone down without a fight. With 8 wins in their last 11, there is plenty of optimism around the club and they will fancy their chances of beating an inconsistent Carlisle side. The hosts have been better since the change of management, however they’ve picked up just a single victory since the beginning of November and could struggle in this one.
Macclesfield vs Oldham Prediction – Macclesfield Win
Despite their well-documented problems off-the-field, Macclesfield have remained difficult to beat on it. Their home form has been particularly impressive and edged past Cambridge last weekend. They’ve suffered just a single defeat at home and that came back in mid-August. They’ve conceded just two home goals in four matches at Moss Rose and are unlikely to go down without a fight here. Oldham have been very poor in recent weeks and they cannot seem to keep the opposition off the scoresheet. They’ve now conceded nine times in their last three League Two matches and could struggle to break Macc down.
Crawley vs Bradford Prediction – Both Teams to Score? Yes
Crawley have been the BTTS kings this season and that would have landed in 18 of their 26 games so far. Only three sides have kept them off the scoresheet at this ground so far with high flying duo Exeter and Swindon joined by Port Vale in keeping John Yem’s men at bay. They should be able to find the net once again and will be confident following a 1-1 draw with Forest Green last weekend. Bradford games have been fairly low scoring, however, they’ve only failed to net twice on the road this season and will likely test Crawley’s ropey back-line here.
