Both teams to score betting tips for this week’s Tuesday night matches including reasons for each of the football betting tips and a free bet to spend.
The Champions League returns in midweek with Man City, Tottenham and Liverpool flying the English flag as they play on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. Those games look like they could be quite tight though, so don’t feature in this both teams to score accumulator. We have instead, picked three games from League One, as well as a final fixture from League Two to compile a fourfold. We were one goal off landing this bet on Saturday, so we hope to go one better here.

Bury vs Southend
Bury still sit at the foot of the table and look destined for relegation, however they are certainly giving it their all. Saturdays 2-2 draw with Bradford means they are now four games unbeaten, whilst also scoring a lot of goals. They have scored in all but one of their last six games, including scoring braces in each of their last two outings. The issue is, they haven’t managed to keep a clean sheet since the end of November, 14 games ago. Southend made it three wins on the bounce in the League, after an impressive 3-1 victory over leaders Wigan. That was also the tenth game in a row where they have found the net. However, the reason they are languishing down in 15th place is the fact they have conceded 50 goals in 31 games, the third most in the league.
Northampton vs Gillingham
Northampton seem to be a sure thing when it comes to these both teams to score bets, five of their last six games would have seen this bet land. They aren’t struggling to score goals at the minute which is a plus for this pick. Add to that, that only Oldham have conceded more goals than Northampton and its clear to see why they are a good pick at the moment. The visitors are even more prolific when it comes to landing these bets. Amazingly, 12 of their last 14 matches saw both teams find the net, so this League 1 clash has to get the nod.

Walsall vs Doncaster
The third pick from League 1 for our both teams to score tips comes from the Bescot Stadium where Walsall host Doncaster. Both sides are sat in mid table with no realistic ambitions of making the playoffs. That could lead to an open game. The hosts were involved in an entertaining game against Blackpool on Saturday which ended in a 2-2 draw and a similar result wouldn’t be a surprise here. Doncasters 1-1 draw with Charlton at the weekend meant they are now without a win in their last eight games. More importantly for this bet though, that 1-1 result against the Addicks was the sixth match in a row that both teams in the game scored.
Lincoln vs Cheltenham
The final pick for today’s football betting tips comes from League 2 where promotion chasing Lincoln welcome Cheltenham to Sincil Bank. The home side are now unbeaten in eight games after Saturdays draw with Cambridge. Before that game Lincolns last eight league games had all seen both teams get on the scoresheet. They have scored 21 goals in their last nine games, so certainly have no issue finding the net themselves. They will struggle to keep todays visitors quiet though. Only the top five sides have scored more goals than Cheltenham, that record was boosted by them scoring five times on Saturday against Port Vale. They also scored four times on two occasions recently, however their issue is the fact they haven’t managed to keep a clean sheet in nine games. Lincoln need a win to keep their promotion run on track, we can see that happening but not without the visitors scoring at least once themselves.
