Leeds vs Brentford predictions and Championship betting tips for Saturday lunchtime’s fixture. Kick-off is 12:30pm on the 6th of October and our tipster has selected three recommended bets.

Leeds vs Brentford Predictions

Our Saturday lunchtime Championship predictions comes from Elland Road Leeds take on Brentford in West Yorkshire. The Whites still have an injury crisis but Marcelo Bielsa’s side have coped well with their absentees and come off the back of a midweek victory at the KCom. Leeds have one of the best away records in the league but they are back on home soil for this early kick-off. At home, they’ve won three of five and have kept clean sheets in three of their last four games. There is still a feel-good factor around the club and although the fixtures are coming thick and fast, they seem to be coping with the hectic schedule. Bielsa’s energetic style is easy-on-the-eye and the players are clearly buying into the Argentinian’s philosophy. Brentford are still well-placed in sixth but they have gone off the boil in recent weeks. Dean Smith’s side are winless in four and they haven’t picked up an away victory all season. They’ve been defeated at Pride Park and Ewood Park and weren’t able to find a way past Ipswich, Villa and Stoke on their travel. Smith has been linked with a move to Villa and he will be hoping that his players aren’t affected by the speculation. Leeds look stronger and on current form, the home side have to be backed here. Leeds can be backed at 5/4 with Betway and that is the first of our Leeds vs Brentford predictions for Saturday.

Leeds vs Brentford Under/Over Odds

Leeds have been keeping clean sheets at home but they conceded twice to Birmingham and also against Stoke. The Bees will certainly offer more of a threat than both Rotherham and Preston and they should be able to contribute to an entertaining and absorbing game. It’s no clean sheet in four for Dean Smith’s side and they need to tighten up. The Bees have struggled at the back this season and only Wigan and Sheffield Wednesday have failed to find the net against them. On their travels, they tend to be much more open and that should allow some of Leeds’ more creative players to enjoy themselves in front of the Elland Road crowd. This fixture traditionally doesn’t throw up loads of goals but I think we should see at least three in this game. Over 2.5 Goals is available at 7/10 with William Hill and is the second of our Leeds vs Brentford predictions.

Leeds vs Brentford Anytime Goalscorer Odds

Leeds have a number of players who are capable of getting on the score-sheet in this on. The Whites are likely to be without Kemar Roofe but still have Tyler Roberts, who netted the winner in midweek. Mateusz Klich has also been impressive this season and he’s on four for the season. The Polish midfielder is available at 12/5 with Bet365 to score during the 90 minutes and he could strike again here. He is the third of our Leeds vs Brentford predictions and you can use their £100 of free bet credits to back him to make it five for the campaign.

Leeds vs Brentford Betting Preview

Leeds Win – 5/4

Draw – 12/5

Brentford Win – 21/10

Given their position at the summit and their recent form, it is understandable to see Leeds priced up at 5/4 in this game. With the home crowd behind them, they will be expected to collect three points once again. Brentford haven’t won on the road yet this season but they are an unpredictable side and have the capabilities to beat any side in the division. They are 21/10 to head south with all three points. The draw is available at 12/5.

Leeds have 1-0 in both of their last two meetings at Elland Road and it’s 9/1 for the same scoreline to land again. Leeds 2-1 is the shortest price of the lot and is priced at 11/2.

Brentford do tend be involved in entertaining games and they do have firepower in the shape of Neal Maupay. Both Teams to Score? Yes is 4/7 and will be extremely popular. Over 2.5 Goals is 7/10 with Bet365.

The aforementioned Maupay is available at 9/2 to net the opening goal of the game. Our football tipster has selected Mateusz Klich to score anytime and he’s also available at 8/1 to score the opener. Team-mate Tyler Roberts is priced at 5/1 whilst the always lively Ollie Watkins is 17/2 for Brentford.
