The hosts will fancy their chances of qualifying for Euro 2020 but they’ll want to get off to a good start in this home match with Hungary. We’re expecting goals in this match and that can form one of our betting tips here. The main selection is going to be for a Slovakia win but we’re also going for Slovakia to win and over 2.5 goals. The hosts have a good record at home and have picked up some good results in recent matches. These teams are in Group E and none of them made it to the UEFA Nations League play-offs, so it is all to play for and even though this is the first set of matches, this could be a vital game on the road to Euro 2020. Hungary have not got a good away record and they’ve failed to win in eight matches – last time out they drew 3-3 with Estonia but since then they’ve won two at home. Given the form away from home Slovakia might run out winners quite cosily here.
