Arsenal vs Everton Bet Builder Tips – In-form Blues midfielder to land this 62/1 Bet Builder

Arsenal predictions

Arsenal host Everton in the Friday Night Football this week and the race for the European places is the focus here. Everton are currently three points ahead of Arsenal but the Gunners have played a game more.

Everton have a better record away from home than they do at home this season and they should have beaten Tottenham last week but for two horrible defensive errors from Michael Keane and Mason Holgate. Arsenal have only won two of their last six Premier League matches but they’ve only lost one of them, a 3-0 home defeat to Liverpool.

It’s no win in five for Everton now (six including the FA Cup defeat to Manchester City) so they’ll be hoping to get back to winning ways at the Emirates Stadium on Friday.

A Paddy Power bet builder allows you can combine a number of outcomes from the same match into one bet, such as anytime goalscorer, bookings, total corners, over/under goals, and a team to win. We will try and get our bet builder odds into double figures for each match to give us a decent chance of picking up a nice winner, or at least making the match entertaining!

Match Result: Everton to win

Carlo Ancelotti’s side have won at Tottenham, Leicester and Liverpool this season and drawn 3-3 at Manchester United. They’ve also beaten Chelsea and Arsenal at Goodison Park. Their problems seem to be against the lesser teams in the league and we’re expecting another good show against a ‘big 6’ side here. A counter attacking style suits Everton and if Calvert-Lewin is available, the away side have a good chance of getting three points. This should be a good time to play Arsenal with all the fallout from the European Super League still fresh in people’s memory and there is a protest expected outside the stadium before the match.

Total goals: Under 2.5 goals

If Everton hadn’t made the two mistakes last Friday, they would have won the match comfortably but you cannot gift Harry Kane those kind of chances. Lacazette is in form for the Gunners but Ancelotti will set up Everton defensively and with Mina back alongside Keane, the Blues defence should be tighter. They’ve kept clean sheets at Liverpool, Spurs and Leicester this season. I’m not expecting many goals here and a 1-0 or 2-0 Everton win would be the prediction.

Gylfi Sigurdsson 1+ shot on target

The Icelandic midfielder scored twice against Spurs last week and is also the Everton penalty taker and free kick taker meaning he is always a good bet for shots on target. Chances may well be few and far between for them here but Arsenal’s defence is poor at best, so with the creativity of Sigurdsson and James Rodriguez, expect Everton to do well on the break.

To be booked: Allan

The enforcer in the Everton midfield is Brazillian Allan, and he should be in the starting line-up for this one. He it fantastic at breaking up play and isn’t afraid to put in a tackle either. These are all ideal qualities for a player to be booked bet, especially away from home where we’re expecting Arsenal to have a lot of the ball.
