Norwich v Wycombe Prediction

Norwich/Norwich Halftime/Fulltime – 8/11 with Bet365.

After a mediocre start to the season Daniel Farke will be pleased with back-to-back wins which has taken them to 8th in the table. After retaining 75 percent of the squad that competed well in the Premier League last season, Farke will be looking for much more in the coming weeks from his men. For Wycombe they’re yet to adjust to the levels required for the Championship, they have played 6 lost 6 and have only managed to score a single goal, they were once again defeated 1-0 away from home by Reading midweek. Expect Norwich to be far too strong for Gareth Ainsworth’s side and run out as comfortable winners.

Stoke v Brentford Prediction

Ivan Toney to score anytime – 13/10 with Bet365.

Stoke are on a good run of form at the moment, they’re unbeaten in 6 games in all competitions and will be feeling confident going into the game against Brentford on Saturday. When Championship side Brentford purchased Ivan Toney for a big sum of 10 million from League One side Peterborough a lot of eyebrows were raised however the striker is certainly showing his worth and value. The Brentford striker has scored 7 goals in 6 Championship games and has bagged 6 goals in his last 3 games. Expect Ivan Toney to continue his rich vein of form and get on the score sheet again in this one.

Coventry v Blackburn Prediction

Blackburn to Win and BTTS – 7/2 with Bet365.

Newly promoted Coventry will be relatIvely pleased with how they have adjusted to the Championship, they have picked up 6 points from 6 games and last time out they fought to a hard earned 1-1 draw against Swansea at home. After two empathic victories over Derby (4-0) and Wycombe (5-0) Blackburn have failed to kick on, they’re winless in 3 games; losing 2 and drawing 1, also only scoring 1 goal in the process. Tony Mowbray will see this as a perfect opportunity to bounce back and collect 3 points.

Reading v Rotherham Prediction

Reading to Win to Nil – 23/10 with Paddy Power.

Reading sit top of the league after 6 games, they’re unbeaten; winning 5 and drawing just the 1. Veljko Paunović will be extremely pleased with their defensive record; they have kept 5 clean sheets in the 6 league matches played so far. After a win in their opening game Rotherham have struggled to maintain levels shown in that game, they are winless in 5 straight league matches and it will be a tough ask to win at the league leaders on Saturday. Expect Reading to make it 6 league clean sheets whilst picking up the 3 points in the process.

Watford v Bournemouth Prediction

Draw – 9/4 with Bet365.

Both these sides were relegated from the Premier League last season and they now lock horns in the Championship on Saturday in what will be no doubt a tight even contest. Both sides have had good starts to the season, Watford have taken 13 points from 6 games and currently sit in 3rd place, whilst Bournemouth have taken 12 points from 6 games and currently sit in 4th place. When these sides met last season at Vicarage Road they played out a goalless draw and expect another stalemate here, both sides will be around the promotion spots come may and they will be hard to separate on Saturday.
