Benfica let go of Rui Vitoria mid-way through last season and appointed Bruno Lage who has done a good job since. With the likes of Grimaldo, Ruben Dias, Rafa Silva, Pizzi etc still at the club, they will be expected to challenge for the Liga NOS title again this season.
