Blackburn vs Bradford Predictions, Betting Tips and Preview

Blackburn betting tips

Blackburn vs Bradford predictions and betting tips for the League One fixture on the 29th March with an anytime goalscorer tip and goals prediction included.

It’s a three-way tussle at the top of the League One table with Wigan, Shrewsbury and Blackburn all battling for position and hoping to be promoted to the Championship. Tony Mowbray’s side are hoping to return to the second tier at the first time of asking and they’ve made a good fist of it so far. They are the highest scorers in the league with 70 goals this season although they are significantly more porous than their counterparts at the summit. Simon Grayson got his side back on track at the weekend with a surprise 1-0 win over Gillingham but the Bantams are far from convincing at the moment. The Yorkshireman will be hoping that victory triggers a much-needed winning run but it looks a tough ask at Ewood Park. Blackburn vs Bradford Predictions

Blackburn are a short price to win this game and considering their recent home form, this isn’t surprising. They have won three of their last five home matches with only Oldham and Wigan leaving Ewood Park with something to show for it. Bradford’s away form has been thoroughly uninspiring recently but they could take some confidence from their recent victory over Gillingham. Rovers score plenty of goals but they are far from secure at the other end. There have been three or more goals in four of the last five home games for Mowbray’s side. The first of our Blackburn vs Bradford betting tips is Blackburn to Win and Over 2.5 Goals and is priced at 7/5 with Ladbrokes.

During their last away game, Bradford defended diligently against Doncaster but a couple of late lapses in concentration allowed the home side to score two cheap goals. Blackburn are unlikely to wait that long to make the breakthrough but the second 45 is likely to be entertaining. Second Half – Highest Scoring Half is priced at 21/20 with Betfred and is the second of our Blackburn vs Bradford predictions.

There are a large number of Blackburn players who are in excellent form at the moment but our preference goes for Adam Armstrong. The Newcastle loanee fits into the category of ‘Too good for League One but probably not quite at Championship level yet’ and he has been firing them in for fun since joining Rovers. He’s netted seven in seven and can add to that tally here. Adam Armstrong in the anytime goalscorer market is priced at 7/5 with Bet Victor and is the last of our Blackburn vs Bradford betting tips.
