You can see all this weekend’s League Two betting tips below and the odds for our advised 5-fold accumulator.

League Two Tips

  • Exeter vs Oldham
  • Salford vs Bradford
  • Cheltenham vs Walsall
  • Southend vs Cambridge
  • Newport vs Port vale

Exeter v Oldham

Prediction: Exeter to Win and BTTS

Exeter extended their unbeaten run to 13 games in all competitions, a run that has consisted of 8 wins and 5 draws. That’s an extremely impressive return for Matt Taylor and his men and they will be looking to extend that run to 14 games when they welcome Oldham to the St James Park stadium on Saturday.

Oldham currently sit 20th in the league but have picked up form after their disastrous start to their league campaign, they have won 4 out of their last 6 games. Oldham will no doubt put up a good fight on Saturday but expect Exeter’s form to come in handy and help them get the 3 points to extend their unbeaten run.

Exeter could only draw 2-2 with Bradford last weekend.

Salford v Bradford

Prediction: Salford -1 handicap

Promotion favourites at the start of the season it’s safe to say it’s not going to plan at all for Salford, they have suffered back-to-back league defeats to Cambridge and Bolton which has seen them fall to 11th place after 11 games. They will be eager to get 3 points on board when they welcome Bradford to Moor Lane on Saturday.

Bradford currently sits 16th in the table and of their 11 league games they have lost 4, drawn 4 and won 3 times, they will be in for a tough afternoon at Salford on Saturday. Expect Salford to put things right and get a comprehensive win to kick them up the table.

Cheltenham v Walsall

Prediction: Cheltenham to Win and Under 2.5 goals

After finishing in the playoffs last season, it looks like Cheltenham are not letting up and are determined to give promotion a right go again this season. They currently sit 3rd in the table and are on a 3 game winning streak, last time out they defeated Carlisle 2-1 away from home.

Walsall have lost 3 straight games in all competitions and will be deeply disappointed with their last outing in which they were defeated 1-0 by bottom of the table and winless Southend at home.

After 3 straight defeats expect Walsall to travel to Cheltenham with a cautious approach to try and stop the rot, Cheltenham will have other ideas and will look to continue their impressive form.

Southend v Cambridge

Prediction: Southend or Draw

After 14 attempts Southend finally registered their first win of the season in all competitions when they defeated Walsall 1-0 away from home last weekend. This win would have given a massive lift to everyone at the football club and Mark Molesley will hope this win can kick start their season.

Cambridge have stuttered of late, they were held by Barrow 1-1 at home last weekend and that draw made it 3 games without a win in all competitions for Mark Bonners men, they know it won’t be easy when they travel to Southend on Saturday.

You’ve seen what happened to Wycombe in the Championship when they finally got their first win of the campaign, it shouldn’t be underestimated the level of confidence 3 points can give you, expect Southend to get a positive result out of this game.

Southend got their first win of the season against Walsall last week.

Newport v Port Vale

Prediction: BTTS and Over 2.5 goals

Both these sides have been full of goals of late, Newport have seen both teams score and over 2.5 goals in each of their last 5 outings whilst port vale have seen both teams score and over 2.5 goals in 5 of their last 9 outings.

With both sides having an open attacking expansive style of play expect goals in this encounter.
