Wolves vs Aston Villa Prediction

Under 2.5 Goals – 4/5 with Bet365.

Wolves have scored just 11 goals in 11 Premier League matches and are without their star striker, Raul Jimenez, after a very nasty looking head injury. Add to that Aston Villa’s impressive defensive record (fourth-fewest conceded in the league) and a Wolves goal-fest looks unlikely.

Thankfully, Nuno Espirito Santo’s defensive has been solid, conceding just 11 in 10 before the Liverpool defeat at the weekend. A low scoring derby is in order here.

Newcastle vs West Brom Prediction

Under 2.5 Goals – 4/6 with Bet365.

West Brom have collapsed on the two occasions they’ve gone down to ten, conceding five goals in each game. Excluding those two games, they have conceded just 13 in 9 and scored a paltry 4 in as many.

Newcastle’s goals for is better but is still only good enough to outrank Wolves and Fulham outside of the relegation zone. Only Aston Villa and West Ham have conceded fewer outside the traditional top six. Few goals are expected here.

Manchester United vs Manchester City Prediction

Manchester City to Win – 8/11 with Paddy Power.

The Red half of Manchester just suffered an embarrassing drop into the Europa League after losing to RB Leipzig in midweek. Four wins on the bounce in the Premier League masks the difficulties United have had to overcome, particularly in their last two fixtures coming from behind to Southampton and West Ham.

Manchester City have had their own challenges in the league and recently fell into Tottenham’s trap in a 2-0 defeat. Neither side are where they want or believe they should be and questions will be asked of whoever loses. The return of Sergio Aguero could be crucial as City aim to leapfrog their Manchester rivals.

Everton vs Chelsea Prediction

Chelsea to Win – 8/11 with Paddy Power.

The formbooks couldn’t be more different for Everton and Chelsea. The Toffees started the season in spectacular fashion but have since fallen off a cliff with a narrow win over Fulham their only victory in six league games.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are on a very long unbeaten streak in all comps and look very likely to overcome an out of sorts Everton. Defensive injuries for Carlo Ancelotti only strengthens that argument.
