Josh Morris – Doncaster vs Fleetwood

Josh Morris is the biggest price in this accumulator, and at 3/1 he is a terrific proposition to score in this game. The former Scunthorpe man has a lot of natural talent, but he’s always had a slight issue with doing it on a regular basis. Morris is best in a team that are playing decent football, and are full of confidence, and Fleetwood certainly meet that criteria at this moment in time. The Cod Army are flying, and their early season form has seen them join Fylde Coast neighbours at the League One summit. The 27-year old has netted in each of his first two games, and is likely to be on free-kick duty for this trip to the Keepmoat. Donny have been average so far, with Darren Moore’s side chalking up two consecutive 1-1 draws. They needed a last minute Kieran Sadlier goal to pick up a point against Rochdale, and they could struggle against the lively visitors. Morris is likely to be heavily involved once again, and is the first player in this weekend’s treble.

Chris Porter – Crewe vs Walsall

Chris Porter is reaching veteran status, but at 35-years old, he’s still got an eye for goal. The striker has scored three times already this campaign, and is likely to be on penalty duty as well. He netted 15 times last season, with many of his strikes coming during the Railwaymen’s upturn in form at the beginning of 2019. There was a fairly even split across the board with eight of his 15 strikes arriving here at Gresty Road, but he is always a decent bet to make the net ripple. He is likely to get plenty of chances in this game with Crewe’s young midfield producing a high number of openings per game, and Porter often needs just one chance to get off the mark.

Paul McCallum – Solihull Moors vs Ebbsfleet

Paul McCallum has been a regular scorer in the fifth tier for a number of seasons now, and the former Leyton Orient man arrives into this game in red-hot form. He’s already netted four in four for his new club, and he is expected to notch again on Saturday. He scored 26 times in 38 appearances for Eastleigh last season, and just has the goalscoring knack. He netted twice on Tuesday night against Chorley, and should get a few chances against Ebbsfleet. The Kent club have conceded 11 times already this season, and the Moors should get plenty of chances. McCallum can be backed to score two or more in this game, but we’ll play it safe, and back him to net just once in this National League tie.
