Saturday’s League One Betting Tips for a Big Odds 225/1 Accumulator (14/11/20)

League One betting tips

Despite it being the international break this weekend, there is still League One and League Two action to get stuck into on Saturday 14th November and it means we can have another go at a big odds accumulator from our League Two tips.

Sunderland are back on our preview in their home match against MK Dons and they’ll be looking forward to getting back into league action after losing in the FA Cup and EFL Trophy. Elsewhere, leaders Peterborough are away at Crewe and struggling Burton face another tough trip to Hull City.

You can see our top five League One betting tips below including a preview of each of the featured fixtures.

Sunderland v Mk Dons

Sunderland to Win and Over 2.5 goals – 2/1 with bet365.

Despite losing 2 straight games in cup competitions, focus strongly remains on promotion to the Championship for Phil Parkinson and his men. Out of their last 6 league games the Black Cats have picked up 4 wins and a draw and will look to continue this impressive form on Saturday. In what has been a terrible start to the season Mk Dons have slowly turned around their fortunes in recent weeks, they’re unbeaten in their last 3 games picking 2 draws and a win taking them to 19th in the table. After back to back cup defeats expect Sunderland to return to winning ways in the league, a season in which they crave promotion, MK Dons have shown improvement of late but don’t expect it to be enough to worry promotion favourites, Sunderland.

Hull City v Burton Albion

Hull City to Win to Nil – 8/5 with bet365.

5th place Hull City will look to cut out their inconsistent form of late when welcome second from bottom Burton Albion to the KCOM Stadium on Saturday. Hull City’s last 6 league games have seen them win 3 and lose 3, Grant Mccann will need to address the lapses in concentration if they’re to stand any chance of automatic promotion this season. Burton are enduring a terrible time in League One so far, they have only managed to pick up 1 league win in 11 games and are without a win in 12 straight games in all competitions. Expect Hull to be too strong for Burton and collect all 3 points keeping a clean sheet in the process.

Crewe v Peterborough

Peterborough to Win and BTTS – 7/2 with bet365.

In the league newly-promoted Crewe have been in terrible form losing 3 straight games on the bounce, they now welcome league leaders Peterborough to the Alexandra Stadium on Saturday. Peterborough have been in scintillating form this season they’re unbeaten in 8 straight league games winning 7 and drawing 1, they’re also having a good time in front of goal so far this season they’re averaging 2 goals per game. Expect this game to produce goals with league leaders Peterborough coming out on top.

Shrewsbury v Swindon

Under 2.5 goals – 9/10 with bet365.

In what has been a poor league campaign for both these sides, the cup competitions would have been a welcome distraction. Shrewsbury first picked up a win over Cambridge United to progress in the FA Cup, whilst Swindon defeated Forest Green 1-0 in the EFL Trophy. Shrewsbury have struggled massively for goals this season, they’re League One’s lowest scorers with 7 goals whilst Swindon have lost 4 out of 4 away games. Don’t expect this one to be a thriller, two sides low in confidence will most likely produce a cagey affair.

Bristol Rovers v Fleetwood

Draw – 12/5 with bet365.

Mid Table clash here as 10th place Fleetwood travel to 15th place Bristol Rovers on Saturday. Bristol Rovers have been very much inconsistent so far this season and this has reflected in their league position, whilst Fleetwood’s 3 game winning streak came to an end by Charlton when they fell to a 3-2 away defeat. This will be a tight affair with not much in it between the 2 sides, expect them not to be separated after 90 minutes.

League One Accumulator Tip

The odds for these selections are all generous enough for single bets if that’s how you want to play them. There is also the option to bet on the doubles, trebles and 4-fold bets if you want but for a huge odds bet, the five League One betting tips in an accumulator will return at a massive 225/1.
