The Sunday lunchtime kickoff sees an all Premiership tie in the FA Cup as Swansea welcome Arsenal to the Liberty Stadium.
Arsenal are the favourites at a best price of 5/4 with Blue Square, whereas Swansea can be backed at 17/7 with Pinnacle. The draw is available at 8/3, again with Pinnacle.

Both of these teams will be disappointed with the draw – this is not an easy game for either side, and both would have preferred a match against lower opposition. Arsenal are continuing to be infuriating and unpredictable – putting 7 past Newcastle, but then drawing against Southampton, and getting knocked out of the League cup at almost full strength at Bradford. Swansea, now a very much established mid-table premier league team, have not lost in four games, including holding Man Utd to a draw.
The problem we have here is that we do not know what strength squad Arsenal in particular will put out. Swansea have no need to rest / rotate players, they’re perfectly comfortable where they are, but Arsenal will have one eye on the back to back fixtures against Man City and Chelsea, and traditionally rotate player in the earlier stages of the cups. Regardless, I think that Swansea to win at better than 2/1 offers value, and should be backed. Swansea have won their last two in the league against Arsenal, including an impressive win at the Emirates a month ago. I’d expect both teams to score though, Arsenal have scored in their last seven games, ironically the last time they failed to score was against Swansea at the Emirates.
In terms of goalscorers, it is difficult to make any sort of accurate recommendation until we know what the lineups will be – Arsenal could realistically be leading the line with any combination of Walcott, Podolski, Giroud, Arshavin or Gervinho, whilst Swansea have reintroduced Graham into the fold recently and he may rest Michu as a result. One player who is absolutely bang in form at the moment is Wayne Routledge, who is settling brilliantly into the premiership after a nomadic life. He’s a massive 20/1 to score first, but we recommend the 11/2 for him to score anytime with BetVictor
