Bournemouth vs Aston Villa Predictions

DRAW – 13/5 with William Hill.

1-1 DRAW – 13/2 with bet365.

The home side finally got a Premier League win in their last league game, beating relegation rivals Brighton 3-1 – a result that could prove to be a turning point in Eddie Howe’s sides season. They won’t mind being knocked out the FA Cup too much and can now concentrate on surviving in the Premier League.

Aston Villa had a night to remember on Tuesday, beating Leicester in injury time to reach the Carabao Cup final. There were jubilant scenes at Villa Park, but Premier League survival is now a priority. Villa are just two points above 18th placed Bournemouth going into this weekend’s Premier League fixtures. Dean Smith’s side have recently beaten Burnley and Watford, and drew with Huddersfield, so they’ll expect to get a result here. Bet on the match ending a draw at the Vitality Stadium, with a 1-1 correct score prediction looking the best bet.

Crystal Palace vs Sheffield United Predictions

DRAW – 21/10 with William Hill.

1-1 DRAW – 11/2 with bet365.

Palace have failed to win in their last six matches in all competitions now. Five of them have been in the Premier League but they had drawn four in a row before putting in a really poor performance against Southampton last time out – they lost 2-0.

Sheffield United are still in the top half of the Premier League table and three points ahead of this weekend’s opponents. Chris Wilder’s side beat Millwall 2-0 in the FA Cup fourth round at the weekend and their form shows no signs of slowing down. They’ve had a tough run of away fixtures against Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City but before that they’d won at Brighton and Norwich on the road.

It would be no surprise at all to see another draw for Crystal Palace here – Chris Wilder’s side have already drawn away eight times in the Premier League, and Palace have seen draws in their previous four Premier League fixtures.

Liverpool vs Southampton Predictions

LIVERPOOL TO WIN 2-1 – 9/1 with Bet Victor.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE – 19/20 with bet365,

The Liverpool train rolls on and they’re now 19 points clear at the top of the Premier League. It is only a matter of time before they secure their first ever Premier League title and they should get another three points this weekend. Soutnampton have been in good form but Liverpool just keep getting results, although this might be another tough test after Wolves gave them a scare last week.

The Saints are going along nicely and will see this as a match where they have nothing to lose. They have won their last four away matches including impressive wins at Leicester and Chelsea so Jurgen Klopp’s side will not have it easy here.

For my betting tips on the game, I’m going for a 2-1 Liverpool victory and therefore we can also have a bet on both teams getting on the scoresheet.

Newcastle vs Norwich Predictions

NEWCASTLE TO WIN – 13/10 with Bet Victor.

NEWCASTLE TO WIN 2-0 – 12/1 with Bet Victor.

Norwich are still bottom of the Premier League table and are now six points adrift of safety. They lost 2-1 at Tottenham in their last Premier League game but got a vital three points against Bournemouth prior to that. Daniel Farke’s side need to start putting a run of games together but they now face a Newcastle side who have picked up a few morale boosting results in the Premier League of late.

If a last gasp 1-0 win over Chelsea wasn’t enough, they they went and scored two injury-time goals at Goodison Park to draw 2-2. This doesn’t hide the fact they were dominated in the match though. Nonetheless, they got a point but would have been disappointed with the 0-0 FA Cup draw against Oxford United.

For this Premier League prediction, I’m betting on Newcastle to keep their good Premier League run of form going with a hard-fought victory here. Norwich have only scored once in their last three away and have failed to score on the road seven times already this season.

Watford vs Everton Predictions

RICHARLISON TO SCORE – 43/20 with Unibet.

WATFORD TO WIN 2-1 – 10/1 with bet365.

Watford have looked a different side since Nigel Pearson took over, however, they lost their FA Cup replay at Tranmere last week and were beaten in injury time against Aston Villa in their previous Premier League fixture. They have been strong at home though, picking up wins against Manchester United, Aston Villa and Wolves, and draws against Palace and Spurs in their last five.

Everton somehow threw away a 2-0 lead against Newcastle last time out and have won just once in their last five away. The picked up a point against West Ham in their last away game but I’m betting on them to suffer a narrow defeat at Vicarage Road this weekend. Their away form is still not good enough and Carlo Ancelotti will need to keep working on it. It might just be that this is a bad time to play Watford, but I do like the look of Everton’s Richarlison to score anytime in the match.

West Ham vs Brighton Predictions

WEST HAM TO WIN 1-0 – 9/1 with bet365.

UNDER 1.5 GOALS – 11/4 with bet365,

The Hammers will see this as a must win game ahead of tough tests coming up. David Moyes is already feeling the pressure and it will be interesting to see if they do anything on transfer deadline day. The Hammers lost to Liverpool last time out and also got knocked out of the FA Cup against Championship side West Brom. Anything but a win here could put them into the relegation places, the final place is currently occupied by Bournemouth who are being West Ham only on goal difference.

Brighton are just two points ahead of the Hammers so this is a real six pointer. Brighton lost to Bournemouth last weekend and are in freefall, I’m predicting another defeat for Graham Potter’s side here, and for them to be dragged right into the relegation scrap.
