Scotland host Estonia in an international friendly at Aberdeen’s Pitoddrie Stadium on Wednesday evening, in what will be Gordon Strachan’s first game in charge of the national side.
Scotland start as 4/7 favourites to win the match, Estonia can be backed at 13/2, whilst the draw is available at 3/1. All odds quoted are available with Bet365.

Gordon Strachan has targeted a victory in his first game in charge, as he leads Scotland at the ground where he made his name as a player in the 1970s and 80s. And he may get his wish as despite a disappointing record under Craig Levein, Scotland are unbeaten on home soil in their last seven matches. Add to that the fact that opponents Estonia have a poor away record, losing five of their last seven matches on their travels and it is little surprise to see Scotland installed as pre-match favourites.
At 4/7 Scotland are probably worthy of a bet, but perhaps the Asian Handicap market offers better value. Given Estonia have lost four of their last five away matches by at least two goals, a bet on Scotland -1.5 at 8/5 is my suggestion.
