The Best Three Bets for Saturday’s Premier League Football

Barclays-Premier-League-2012-13-550x343 The Best Three Bets for Saturday's Premier League Football

I did this feature last week and my oh my was I fuming. Firstly Michu scored but didn’t bag first. The Draw was on at Goodison only for Jelavić to sink it in injury time and West Ham threw away a 2-1 lead to get beat 3-2. I even had my ‘two out of three ain’t bad’ quip lined up for twitter an all. *sad face*

Moving onto this weekend I have three nice bets for us to sink our teeth into.

Suarez to score first against Aston Villa

Speaking of teeth, that brings us nicely onto our first pick of the weekend and that’s Suarez to score first at 10/3 with Coral. He hasn’t scored in his last four matches so he’s due a goal and against Villa he’s backed to do that.

QPR vs Fulham – Draw

Fulham have drawn 50% of their away games whilst QPR have drawn four out of seven home matches. You hear that? That’s the sound of the Draw screaming to be backed at 17/7 with Pinnacle (again, wtf is it with their odds?).

Man Utd vs Sunderland – Rooney to score a hat-trick

Finally we have wildcard pick for the Manchester United vs. Sunderland match. Now last season United lost the league with virtually the last kick of the ball, which led to Sunderland fans doing the ‘Poznan’ in celebration, which by the way is the gayest celebration since Bebeto did ‘rocking the baby’. Anyhow, this is what Wayne Rooney had to say about that “When the final whistle went, we didn’t really know what the score at City was. But then we heard the Sunderland fans cheering. It was sad to see that because they should be supporting their own team really….It was something myself and a lot of the players won’t forget.”

With that extra motivation I fully expect Sunderland to get snotted on Saturday. I did fancy Rooney, who is slowly coming into form, to get some goals with his boots on Saturday. Three of them in fact. A Rooney Hat-Trick is 16/1 with Sky Bet. However, he’s currently suffering from an ‘illness’ so may not make the line-up.

RVP is 14s in the same market but it’s not him I’m interested in. If Rooney starts get into that 16/1, if he doesn’t then Any Unquoted Score on Betfair, which is currently around 9/4, looks a solid alternative.

Stay Frosty.
