Today’s Horse Racing Tips – The 5 Best Bets from Leicetser, Haydock, Bath and Fairyhouse

We have got another good day of racing in Britain and Ireland and today’s racing tips cover four meetings, including a good card at Haydock.

I will give my 5 Best Bets from Meetings at Haydock, Leicester, Bath and Fairyhouse and you can see all the predictions below.

1.15pm Haydock

First up we have the 13.15 at Haydock, the British Stallion Studs EBF Novice Stakes. My tip is VEDUTE ridden by Cieren Fallon Jr and trained by M Bell. He was 4th on his debut at Newmarket 21 days ago. It wasn’t a bad run considering he looked very green but that can be down to inexperience. With having that run and most of the field making their debut here on in the same boat. I feel he will improve and with Fallon on board this adds to the appeal here.

I think with the run under his belt he can kick on from that here.

 

4.00pm Fairyhouse

My selection at Fairyhouse in the 16.00 is OROMO who won here 10 days ago beating Sharjah by 3/4l. He has won once in 22 flat runs but does perform well on fast ground and easy ground. He has a wide draw but I feel he can still get involved. With a 3lb penalty and still 9st. I feel OROMO can go well here again and I am tipping E/W.

 

5.55pm Leicester

Next up we have the 17.55 is the Leicester Racecourse Supporting Frontline Workers Handicap. My Tip is FOX HILL who made it 3 wins out of her last 5 runs when humbling the field at Thirsk on 6f 6 days ago.  She does carry a 5lb penalty but in my eye’s she still is the leading contender for me. Her main threats in this race for me will be Inexes who is a C&D winner and Sandridge Lad who’s form reads very well just now. But for me FOX HILL is the one for me who is currently 10/3.

 

7.25pm Leicester

My 4th selection is also at Leicester running in the 19.25 Weddings in the Kube Handicap. That horse is JEANETTE MAY currently 3/1 in the market betting and is the current favourite to win the race. He is 1 from 1 this year and will like the move up in distance and he looks like he still has more to offer as a 4-year-old.  With Ben Curtis on board and carrying 9st I don’t see much stopping him from making it two out of two.

 

8.10pm Bath

My last pick is in the 20.10 at Bath in the Signs Express Handicap and that selection is DANGLYDONTASK. He is C&D winner here. He is my E/W selection as he hasn’t won since 2017 but he’s now back up in trip and is down to a good mark (8st 7lb’s). He did run well on turf last year and placed in a few trips. But at 22/1 he is a good E/W bet to have and with his jockey Thore Hammer Hansen claiming 5lbs could hold the key to a brilliant run. He certainly is a gamble but sometimes gambles are worth taking.
