Both Teams to Score and Win Tips for Saturday 18th February at 20/1

Our football betting tips for a both teams to score and win accumulator bet this weekend come from Germany, Spain and Holland and we’ve got reasons for each pick.

This Saturday’s score and win betting tip features three games from the European leagues and gets underway in Germany at 14:30. The straight accumulator isn’t the biggest price we’ve ever had on show, but it does feature three heavy favourites in the result department, so with any luck, we shouldn’t be too far off come Saturday evening. As always, the shortest priced double on this occasion still fetches 7/1 so it’s certainly worth considering if you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket.

Reasons for Football Betting Tips

Borussia Dortmund v Wolfsburg – Dortmund to win BTTS

Our opening selection for the football betting tip comes to us from the Westfalenstadion as Dortmund take on Wolfsburg at 14:30. Whilst any hopes of the league title are dead and buried, the hosts have also got some serious competition for the Champions League places as well, with as many as ten teams still in with a feasible chance of making the top four. Although Dortmund have only lost once in their last eight, they have also drawn four of those matches as well and all these points have been from games they should have won based on the balance of play. Nevertheless, the majority of these sloppy performances have come away from home and Dortmund still maintain an unbeaten record on home soil this campaign. Opponents, Wolfsburg are a shadow of the side from a few years ago and currently find themselves right in the mix of a relegation battle. The visitors took a 1-5 thumping at the hands of Dortmund last time they met and I fear they could be in for a similar fate this weekend. Considering the hosts have seen both teams score in eight of their last nine, though, I expect their victory to come via a BTTS outcome this time round as well.

Real Madrid v Espanyol – Real to win BTTS

The second leg takes us to La Liga as Real Madrid welcome Espanyol to the Bernabeu at 15:15. Real continue to lead the way in Spain and currently have a one point lead over Barcelona at the top of the table, albeit with two games in hand. Zinedine Zidane’s side have been a great shout in the score and win market this season and have recorded no fewer than nine victories in La Liga via a BTTS outcome. Opponents, Espanyol have an absolutely appalling record against Real recently have conceded 14 goals to their hosts in the last three meetings, so it really could be a case of how many this Saturday in La Liga. Nevertheless, we still need the visitors to do their share of the bargain and their run of seven BTTS results in their last eight certainly suggests they might have a chance of making it onto the scoresheet, especially considering Real had a tough game against Napoli in the champions League a few days ago. Therefore, back Ronaldo and co to win this with both teams finding the net.

PSV v NEC Nijmegen – PSV to win BTTS

Our final selection for the BTTS and win tip this weekend comes from the Dutch Eredivisie as in-form PSV face off against NEC Nijmegen at 18:45. The hosts are starting to make a real fist of it in Holland at the moment after a horrid run of draws at the back end of 2016 saw them slump well off the pace in the race for the title. Whilst catching leaders Feyenoord looks a tall order considering their wonderful form, there is only a three point gap between second placed Ajax now after PSV have stormed to a five game winning streak, scoring 15 goals along the way. From our bet’s perspective, though, last season’s champions have recorded three BTTS victories from their last four games, all by highly encouraging scores of 4-2, 4-3 and 2-1. Opponents, NEC were battered 0-4 by PSV earlier in the campaign so I really don’t see them upsetting the apple kart in terms of the result, but it may well come down to whether they are able to make it onto the scoresheet. Based on PSV’s recent results, though, I think this fixture is certainly worth taking a punt on. With that being said, stick this one down as our anchor leg.
