Football Accumulator Betting Tip for Wednesday 14th November

Midweek international football is back……

But maybe more importantly the African Cup of Nations is just two months away, and with that in mind, gives me the base for my tip which pays just shy of 10/1 with in-play kings BET365.

As we all know international friendlies can throw up a stupid amount of draws, so taking that into consideration, this accumulator comes with the added bonus of being ‘draw no bet’

Ivory Coast to beat Austria (Draw no bet @ 8/11)

Ivory Coast qualified for the 2013 cup of nations with ease, they are unbeaten this year (12 games) only conceded five goals, scored twenty, and held Russia to a 1-1 draw in Moscow earlier this year. ‘The Elephants’ have selected a strong squad for this friendly, and are taking their preparations seriously, Kalou, Droghba, Yaya Toure, and his brother Kolo are all in the squad to face Austria, and I think they will have too much on Wednesday night.

South Africa to beat Zambia (Draw no bet) @ 4/9

‘Bafana Bafana’ are this years tournament hosts after CAF decided to move the tournament from troubled Libya. South Africa are a team in transition, following the 2010 World cup, but this should not deter you against backing them this week. The match for South Africa against Zambia is way more than a friendly, this is the annual match played in celebration of Nelson Mandela and South Africa will be all out to beat 2012 cup of nations shock winners Zambia.

Ghana to beat Cape Verde Islands (Draw no bet) @ 2/9

Cape Verde shocked the African continent earlier this year by dumping out ‘established’ Cameroon on aggregate to book their berth in the tournament for the 1st time in their nation’s footballing history. Cape Verde’s World cup qualification campaign has been anything but plain sailing with losses to Tunisia and Sierra Leone, and in all fairness only seems comfortable on home soil. Wednesdays game is in Portugal, and ‘The Black Stars’ are in decent form, they have won seven of their last eleven in all competitions, including a 1-1 draw against Chile and a 7-0 demolition of Lesotho.

Nigeria to beat Venezuela (Draw no bet) @ EVS

Nigeria travel to Miami to play Venezuela, which is a lot better than the hot and humid Caracas, Chelsea’s Jon Obi Mikel and Victor Moses make the journey across the Atlantic, as do Obafemi Martins, Shoala Ameobi, Ogenyi Onazi. With the ‘Super Eagles’ taking such a strong squad across to face Venezuela it shows to me that they are taking this friendly and their African cup of nations preparations serious and personally I think the even money about Nigeria is too good a price to miss.

Belgium to beat Romania (Draw no bet) @ 8/11

I really like the look of this Belgian set up, they are a young group of players, all playing in the best leagues in Europe, and for me they could upset a few of the more established nations in Brazil in two years’ time. Romania on the other hand have had a mixed bag of results this year including wins against Switzerland and Turkey, and losses to Slovenia and Holland. Belgium for me have too much talent, too any goals in them, and a solid back line to see of Romania Wednesday night and 8/11 draw no bet is a cracking price.
