Who Will Qualify from Group F?

Realistically, second spot looks like a straight shoot-out between Mexico and Sweden and the pair meet in the final Group F match on June 27th. It could be a nervy contest with defences coming out on top. Sweden have a watertight defence and Janne Andersson’s side are extremely well-drilled. They have a tremendous team spirit and without Zlatan, they are clearly a more cohesive unit. Mexico have plenty of attacking flair but their pre-tournament warm-up games have done little to inspire confidence and many fans are still not convinced by Juan Carlos Osorio. Who Will Finish Bottom of Group F?

South Korea are the favourites to finish bottom of Group F and there is very little disputing the price. They are odds-on to be propping up this section at the end of June and it’s hard to see any other outcome. Sweden dispensed of Italy in the play-offs and are likely to be too strong at the back whilst Mexico always carry a threat.
