Lingfield – 12:20

The first each-way selection of the day is Cheese The One who goes for trainer, Joseph Parr, in this Class 6 Nursery Handicap over 7f on the All-Weather track. His form has gradually improved since his seasonal return and was keeping on to finish fifth of 11 at Wolverhampton last time out. Further improvement is expected and the return of cheekpieces could see another big run under the ride of the excellent Jack Mitchell.

Selection: Cheese The One (13/2 with William Hill)

Haydock – 12:40

Seymour Sox made all over C&D in March  and can produce another big performance after a six-month break. Jay Tidball is on board and claims a very useful 10lb which should be a big help. He was last seen when fifth of 15 at Uttoxeter in June but has form when fresh and can go well for trainer, Alastair Ralph.

Selection: Seymour Sox (15/2 with William Hill)

Haydock – 15:20

Another Alastair Ralph trained runner goes in the Class 3 Handicap Hurdle over 2m3f and is our each-way selection. Osprey Call was running a big race on his return from an eight-month break when falling three fences from home. That was his handicap debut and if he can produce a clear round this time he should be thereabouts under the ride of Alex Edwards.

Selection: Osprey Call (17/2 with William Hill)

Lingfield – 15:30

The Jonathan Portman trained Way Of Life was back to form when finishing first of 11 at Wolverhampton at the beginning of November. That was over 1m4f, and he goes over that distance again in this Class 6 Handicap. He has been raised 4lbs for that success but with further improvement expected, he is a big danger with Rob Hornby in the saddle.

Selection: Way Of Life (9/2 with William Hill)
