Brighton vs Leicester Betting Tips – 11/2 Bet Builder for the Super Sunday Clash

Brighton predictions

Brighton vs Leicester betting tips for the first Super Sunday clash this week including a both teams to score bet, two shot on target tips and a pick from the bookings market. The bet builder comes in at just over 11/2.

Brighton have had a good start to the season, winning three, drawing one and losing one. Leicester have had an awful start, losing all but one of their opening five fixtures.

Both teams to score

I think both teams to score is a safe addition to this bet builder. Despite losing four of their opening five, Leicester have scored in all but one of their fixtures this season. Their run-in hasn’t been easy either, playing Arsenal, Chelsea and United already. I expect them to pick up from here and, while they may not win this one, I expect them to at least score. Brighton are favourites going in to this one, and in front of a home crowd, I will be very surprised if they don’t get at least one against a Leicester side that has shipped 11 goals already this season.

Both teams to receive a card in the match

Leicester City have had a player carded in all but one of their opening five fixtures. Their booking record so far this season is 0, 1, 2, 2, 1. Brighton have picked up the same number of cards their visitors, with their record being 1, 2, 0, 2, 1. The referee in this one is Tony Harrington, who has taken charge of three games so far this season, dishing out a minimum of three cards in each game. The last time he took charge of a Premier League fixture was last month when he gave out four cards in Southampton v Leeds.

James Maddison over 0.5 shots in the match

This one should come in without any issues. Maddison has been Leicester’s free kick taker for some time and is partial to a shot, sometimes a goal from a set play. Maddison has had 13 shots so far this season, and his average shots per game is 3.20.

Alexis Mac Allister over 0.5 shots in the match

The same applies for this selection. Mac Allister has had seven shots so far this season, averaging 1.37 per game. The midfielder, who is the penalty taker, has scored two in his opening five, so he will be looking to add to his tally in this one. If the hosts get a penalty, Mac Allister will be the man who steps up. I expect this one to land comfortably.
