Liverpool are flying so far this season, winning seven of their eight games in all competitions so far, winning five of their six games in the league. The only one they haven’t won was a 1-1 draw on the opening day against Chelsea, a game which saw Luis Diaz’s goal cancelled out by Axel Disasi’s 37^th minute equaliser. Tottenham are also unbeaten in the league this season under new manager Ange Postecoglu, but I think they’ll suffer their first of the season as they welcome Liverpool.

With both teams having a great start to their league campaigns, I think this one has both teams to score written all over it. They have both bagged 15 goals so far this season, both playing very attacking football, and I think this one will be end to end. Although Liverpool have only conceded five and Spurs have conceded seven, I think there will be goals here. Both teams have scored in four of Spurs’ first six, with both teams scoring in five of Liverpool’s opening league fixtures.

Cristian Romero is known for getting stuck in, and this one will be no different as he looks to break down Liverpool’s free flowing attacks. He picked up his first league booking of the season last time out against Arsenal in the North London Derby, and I think he’s good odds to see yellow in this one as he comes up against the pace of Liverpool’s front three. In the 26 starts and one sub appearance he made last season, he collected a huge 11 yellow cards, averaging 1.55 fouls per game.
