31/1 – Manchester United v Arsenal Bet Builder Tip & Stats
Manchester United are in action at Old Trafford for the first time since Ole Gunnar Solksjaer was sacked, as they welcome a resurgent Arsenal on Thursday 2 December.
We have gone through the stats to pick out a bet builder tip for this match, which kicks-off at 8.15pm.
United begin life under their new interim manager, Ralph Rangnick, who has the job of trying to bridge a five-point gap to get the Red Devils back in to the top four. They come into the game having won just one of their last five games and having only scored five goals in that run. However, they will have been boosted by securing a 1-1 draw at leaders, Chelsea, at the weekend.
Arsenal’s excellent form in their last ten league games, where they have won seven and lost just once, has seen them move up to fifth, and level on points with fourth placed West Ham. However, the Gunners one defeat in that run of form was a 4-0 mauling at the hands of Liverpool the last time they played away from the Emirates Stadium.

Manchester United v Arsenal Bet Builder Tip
- Manchester United win
- Under 2.5 goals
- Cristiano Ronaldo – anytime goalscorer
- Harry Maguire – to have 1 or more shots on target
ODDS – 31/1 with Paddy Power
Manchester United win
Ralph Rangnick could provide the new manager bounce that United need to get their season back on track. Although they have lost three of their last five league games, which included home defeats to Liverpool (5-0) and Manchester City (2-0), the Red Devils still have plenty of quality to get their new German manager off to a winning start.
Under 2.5 goals
When a new manager arrives, they tend to sure up the defence first and United will be desperate to keep their first clean sheet at Old Trafford this season. With Arsenal only managing three away goals in the league all season, we expect a tight game.
Cristiano Ronaldo – anytime goalscorer
Cristiano Ronaldo was left on the bench for their trip to Chelsea in Michael Carrick’s final game as interim manager. The Portuguese star will have a point to prove to his new boss and will want to wrestle the limelight away from Rangnick. He can get on the score sheet to add to his four Premier League goals so far this season.
Harry Maguire – to have 1 or more shots on target
Although Harry Maguire isn’t enjoying the best of domestic seasons, he remains a constant threat from set-pieces and can use his head to trouble Aaron Ramsdale in the Arsenal goal.
A £20 bet with Paddy Power on this Bet Builder would return £646.71
