Man City are looking very strong at the minute after they welcomed back some key players, including Kevin De Bruyne, in their 5-0 win against Huddersfield during the week. City have won seven of their last 10 fixtures, drawing two and losing just one – a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa at the beginning of December. Newcastle have lost each of their last three fixtures in the league, and I don’t think their form will pick up in this one, and I expect City to pick up all three points.

Despite backing City for the win, I do think Newcastle will get themselves on the scoresheet. Eddie Howe’s side have scored in eight of their last 10 fixtures in all competitions and have scored 39 goals in their 20 Premier League fixtures so far. City are the league’s highest scorers with 45 goals. Both teams have scored in seven of City’s last 10 fixtures in the league, and I think taking both teams to score here adds real value to this bet builder.

Bruno Guimaraes to be booked is a very popular bet this season and for good reason. In his 19 Premier League appearances so far this season, he has picked up eight yellow cards and has made 30 fouls, an average of almost 1.5 per game. The Brazilian will be in for a very difficult afternoon, especially given Kevin De Bruyne is on his way back and has featured during the week for City. He picked up a booking against Sunderland last week and, I think he is great odds to pick up his second in a week here.
