I think City will win this one comfortably.

 

Erling Haaland over 1.5 shots on target

I expect Man City to be right at it from the first whistle in this one, creating plenty of chances with Haaland at the focal point of their attack as he always is. The ex-Dortmund man has scored a massive 28 goals in his 25 starts and one sub appearance in the league this season, averaging 1.17 goals per game, with an average of 3.76 shots and 1.84 of them being on target. I think he is a good bet to have over 1.5 shots on target in this one against bottom side Southampton.

 

Mohammed Salisu to be booked

As previously mentioned, Southampton will be up against it from the start in this one and I think they’ll struggle. City will have the lions share of possession and Southampton will be forced to defend for the majority of the match and try to press City. He averages 1.16 fouls per game and I think it’ll be more than that in this one against a dominant Man City.
