Only Inter Milan denied Roma a victory in those league games while visitors Torino were beaten 2-1 by SPAL on home soil in their final December fixture. The Turin team were reduced to ten players during the second half of that game but had previously led 3-0 at Hellas Verona before eventually drawing 3-3. A home win is tipped.

 

Rio Ave vs Maritimo Betting Tip – Rio Ave win.

For this Portuguese Primeira Liga clash, Maritimo will be aiming to end a sequence of seven winless games on the road in all competitions and the Madeira based team have also won just two league games since the beginning of September. Hosts Rio Ave have been an inconsistent team in recent weeks but they will be seeking a third successive league victory on home soil with no goals conceded in those two previous games. Few goals are usually scored in Rio league games but they could seal another three home points from this contest.
