The FA Cup third round takes place this weekend and we have picked out a few potential upsets from the Saturday fixtures where the likes of Burnley, Everton, Crystal Palace, Newcastle, and Bournemouth all face potential cupsets. Saturday’s matches span across the day, starting with Mansfield vs Middlesbrough at 12.15pm before matches at 12.30pm, 12.45pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and 5.45pm. Millwall to beat Crystal Palace

This local derby will be fiercly contested and Crystal Palace will have to be on their guard against a side who have recent history in causing FA Cup shocks. Millwall beat Everton 3-2 at The Den back in 2019 and come into this third round tie off the back of five unbeaten at home. Crystal Palace are having a good season under new manager Patrick Vieria but they’ve not won in four away matches now and have lost their last three, scoring no goals. Kidderminster Harries to beat Reading

No team wants to go to a non-league side in the third round of the FA Cup but that is exactly what Reading have to do this weekend and they go into the tie having won just once in five matches. Kidderminster are very strong at home, winning their last four matches without conceding a goal and in that run they’ve beaten both Grimsby and Halifax in this competition.
