Southampton vs Chelsea – BTTS

The Saints are generally strong performers at home and played well against Manchester United on Saturday, finding themselves unfortunate to lose. They lost just six times at home last season – albeit a huge loss to Chelsea – and will look to resurrect that this year.

Chelsea, however, just seem that bit more shaky. A 3-0 loss away at Leeds, a very close-run 2-1 home win over Leicester and a 2-2 draw to Tottenham have shown their true colours in recent weeks and we’ve got a Southampton vs Chelsea bet builder tip if you want to bet on tonight’s game.

With Conor Gallagher set to miss out and with the Blues defence coming up against an in-form Che Adams, this one should have goals all round.

Birmingham vs Norwich – BTTS

‘Brum’ were one of the teams tipped for relegation, and one point from their last four has seen them continue that tag despite a positive start to the campaign.

Coming up against a Norwich side who have own their last three, the away side will undoubtedly score at St. Andrews, it is almost a guarantee.

But Birmingham can be strong at home, and with Norwich conceding two against the Blues at home in the Carabao Cup earlier this season, that may well happen again.

Cardiff vs Luton – BTTS

Luton impressed last season; that has not continued this year.

The Hatters have own just once all season in a 2-0 win at sorrowful Swansea last week, and face a trip to a Cardiff side who are typically resolute at home.

But the Bluebirds have been a bit more lax in their dominance of games too – and when once one team scores, the other should soon follow such is their lack of general competence so far this campaign.

Sassuolo vs AC Milan – BTTS

AC Milan are the league’s best outfit having become champions last season and they go into the tie away at Sassuolo second, only behind Napoli on goal difference.

Stefano Pioli’s men love a tie against the Neroverdi, with four of the last five meetings between the pair since COVID-19 featuring both teams to score.

In fact, the only one that didn’t was the 3-0 win which clinched the title, with Milan winning the title on the final day. Without that need to do well and less of a ‘lives on the line’ demeanour, maybe the old ways of both teams scoring will continue.
