Option 1 – Kevin De Bruyne (10.7m) vs Manchester United and Arsenal
This week’s first captaincy option is the current FPL top point scorer with eight goals and 18(!) assists. De Bruyne has had a consistently impressive season despite his team’s shortcomings. He has returned eight times in his last 11 outings, hitting double figures on three occasions. Had any two consecutive fixtures from his last eleven been a double gameweek, KDB would have scored nine in his worst week, and 23 in his best. Manchester United and Arsenal aren’t the best fixtures on paper but De Bruyne scored 20 points in the two reverse fixtures combined (1 point vs United and 19 vs Arsenal). Crucially, the Belgian is one of the most likely City players not to be affected by Guardiola’s penchant for squad rotation. The difficulty of these fixtures may work in his favour with Guardiola perhaps choosing to rest him elsewhere.🗣️ Pep Guardiola says that Kevin De Bruyne was missing this evening because of a shoulder injury and is not sure if he will be fit for the Manchester derby on Sunday.#FFScout #FPL #GW29 #DGW29 #FantasyPL

Option 2 – Sergio Aguero (11.9m) vs Manchester United and Arsenal
A far riskier option is Sergio Aguero. There haven’t been many double gameweeks in recent years where the Argentine could be considered a differential but this week certainly is one. Aguero’s game time has been far from predictable of late. He has featured in each of the last six, starting five but has only completed the 90 minutes in half of those. Even so, Aguero certainly has the ability to be an explosive option. The City fan favourite has hit double figures on four occasions, although, those games came against Bournemouth, Brighton, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace. His points have been very streaky this season, averaging 2 points a game over the last 4 but amassing 33 in the two immediately before. Aguero is not an option for the feint hearted. He likely will not start both games and if he does will be subbed off early but if you fancy a high-potential differential, he’s your man.Option 3 – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (11m) vs West Ham and Manchester City
Arsenal’s stand out pick is without a doubt Aubameyang. The Gunner’s front man currently leads the scoring charts, level on 17 with Jamie Vardy. He has three goals in his last two games and has scored in five of his seven league games under Mikel Arteta. Despite an insipid first half display from Arsenal the last time they faced West Ham (pre-Arteta) Aubameyang went on to bag 12 points as the Gunners turned things around to win 3-1. Arsenal have scored seven in their last two league fixtures and look more than capable of scoring well this double gamweek. West Ham haven’t kept a clean sheet in eight games whilst Manchester City will be without Aymeric Laporte. The fixtures look ripe for an Aubameyang haul.Took a hit for Aubameyang so now he has to return as Captain! pic.twitter.com/MyI96OyO9g
