Frank hopes that Toney will extend his stay at Brentford
At the heart of a real controversy over the summer and hit with an eight-month ban over betting offenses, there has been continued speculation over Toney’s long-term future with Brentford. Gaining a string of plaudits last season as the Bees secured a top-half Premier League finish, Toney has quickly cemented his spot as one of Europe’s elite marksmen. While the 27-year-old might have recently returned to first-team training with Brentford, Toney is not eligible to make a competitive return until January 17th, 2024. Nevertheless, speaking ahead of Brentford’s Premier League showdown against West Ham on Saturday afternoon, Frank has made it abundantly clear that he wants to keep hold of the Bees’ attacking talisman.“I hope Ivan Toney doesn’t leave in January, I want him to stay and Ivan is happy at the club.”
“He is happy at the club. I want him to stay and Ivan is happy to stay. What happens in the future is impossible to guess – but I’d love to have Toney here forever.”

Brentford set their Toney valuation
While Frank might have made it clear that he is desperate to extend Toney’s stay in west London, it is no secret that the England international has a host of heavyweight admirers. Notching 20 goals in 33 Premier League appearances last season, it has been heavily suggested over the past couple of months that both Chelsea and Arsenal have been keeping tabs on Toney’s situation. However, while some Brentford fans might have accepted that it will be almost impossible to keep hold of their attacking MVP when the January transfer window opens back up, it has been suggested that the bees value Toney at £100million.Securing back-to-back wins since returning from October’s international break, Brentford will be looking to extend on their recent flurry when they welcome West Ham to town on Saturday afternoonBrentford have valued Ivan Toney at £100M and fully intend to keep the striker at least until the end of the season 💰🔴
