Bristol City vs Fulham Predictions

The early game comes from Ashton Gate with out-of-form Bristol City taking on Fulham. The Robins are struggling to create chances with many fans calling for the inclusion of Kasey Palmer. Lee Johnson’s side have now lost three of their last four games, and even though they grabbed a point against Millwall last time out, it was largely undeserved.

Fulham are one of the many sides chasing the top two, although the Cottagers are still a little on the inconsistent side. Following a mini-blip, they’ve won back-to-back home games and have managed to keep a clean sheet in both fixtures.

The over-reliance on Aleksandar Mitrovic is perhaps a little concerning, however, they’ll be keen to make the most of the Serbian’s quality whilst he remains in West London. He’s one of only four players who have found the net on the road this season for Fulham, and with twelve goals on the road so far this campaign, he is likely to get chances in this one.

Fulham are hard to trust on their travels, but the combative striker isn’t and he regularly delivers the goods. He’s worth backing to notch again here.

Betting tip for Bristol C vs Fulham – Mitrovic Anytime Goalscorer – 1/1

What score will Bristol C vs Fulham be? 1-1 – 5/1

Birmingham vs Reading Predictions

Birmingham have very little to play for in the remaining weeks of the campaign, whilst Reading can probably also count themselves as perfectly safe for yet another season. Although it’s odd for a game to have an end-of-season feel about it at the beginning of March, this game does come with very little pressure for either side.

Brum are on a superb unbeaten run, with Pep Clotet’s side having avoided defeat since NYD. They have drawn three of their last four matches at St.Andrews and have been a little frustrating to back on their own patch in recent weeks. They do score goals however, and since the arrival of Scott Hogan, they have looked far sharper in the final third.

There have been 27 goals in Birmingham’s last six home matches and that trend could continue here. Reading have been a mixed bag on the road, and BTTS has landed in exactly 50% of their matches away from the Madejski. With their opponents seemingly unable to keep the opposition off the score-sheet, they will fancy their chances of scoring on Saturday

Betting tip for Birmingham vs Reading – BTTS – 4/5

What score will Birmingham vs Reading be? 2-2 – 14/1

Stoke vs Hull Predictions

Although quotes of 12/1 for relegation are a thing of the past, many people have tipped Hull to be dragged into the scrap for survival, and the Tigers certainly need to improve over the coming weeks. Grant McCann’s side have struggled since the loss of their talisman Jarrod Bowen, and although they are still creating chances, they haven’t been able to put them away with any kind of regularity.

Although they are above Stoke in the table, this is an extremely tough ask. Michael O’Neill’s men have been superb at the 365 in recent weeks and they’ve kept two clean sheets in their last three. The Potters are still far from convincing on the road, yet they do look highly competent on their own patch.

Hull have failed to find the net in three of their last five and could struggle to break down the Stoke defence here. It’s hard to see anything other than a home win.

Betting tip for Stoke vs Hull – Stoke win – 6/10

What score will Stoke vs Hull be? 2-0 – 6/1

Brentford vs Sheffield Wednesday Predictions

The Bees are going through a tough time and Thomas Frank’s men must find their feet if they are to challenge for a position in the top two. Despite the blip, they’re still incredibly tough to beat, and they’ve drawn four of their last five. Their watertight defence has started to give away cheap goals and they could also be susceptible here.

However, they are always formidable opposition at home and they’ve suffered just three defeats at Griffin Park all season. They also showed great character to come from 2-0 down to draw with Blackburn last time out.

Frank’s men have plenty of quality and they will surely snap out of their winless run sooner rather than later.

Sheffield Weds were involved in the FA Cup in midweek, and this is a fairly quick turnaround for the Owls. Garry Monk’s side are in poor form generally and could struggle with this one.

Betting tip for Brentford vs Sheffield Wednesday – Brentford win – 11/20

What score will Brentford vs Sheffield Wednesday be? 2-1 – 13/2

Preston vs QPR Predictions

Preston have lost three of their last four games in the Championship, yet their play-off bid is still very much on track. The Lilywhites have the second best home form in the division and very few sides have left Deepdale with anything to show for it this season.

However, they’ve won just two of their last six matches here, squeezing past both Hull and Charlton. Alex Neil’s squad are very talented, however injuries haven’t helped matters and they aren’t quite as free-scoring as they were in 2019.

QPR have been much improved in recent weeks and they’ve even started to pick up points on the road. The West Londoners are unbeaten in each of their last five and Mark Warburton has found a way to make his side tougher to break down. He’s foregone an all-out-attacking formation on their travels, and it’s helped them pick up points at both Swansea and Nottingham Forest recently.

I expect them to come away with at least a point here.

Betting tip for Preston vs QPR – Draw – 5/2

What score will Preston vs QPR be? 1-1 – 24/5

Leeds vs Huddersfield Predictions

After a disappointing January, Leeds’ promotion hopes appear to be back on track, and Marcelo Bielsa will be hoping that his side can take their February form into March. The whites have won each of their last four matches in the Championship and have kept clean sheets in each of them.

Fans would still prefer their side to put games to bed, and their inability to rack up a cricket score is a constant frustration amongst supporters. However, they made their dominance count against Hull last weekend.

Huddersfield arrive at Elland Road in excellent form, and the Terriers will be up for this Yorkshire derby. They’ve scored six in their last two outings, however they aren’t quite as consistent on their travels. They have netted in each of their last four on the road, but they could find Leeds tough to break down.

There are unlikely to be much between these two sides.

Betting tip for Leeds vs Huddersfield – Under 2.5 Goals – 10/11

What score will Leeds vs Huddersfield be? 1-0- 5/1
