England are FAVOURITES to win Euro 2020 alongside World Cup winners France
As the European Championships edges ever nearer, a look at the latest betting odds shows us that England and France are at the top of the market as joint favourites with most bookmakers including bet365.
The current odds are 5/1 with bet365 but other bookies have slightly different opinions, with Bet Victor offering 11/2 for France to win Euro 2020 but only 9/2 for England.

Germany can never be ignored and the best odds available for them is 15/2 at a number of firms including Paddy Power, Betfred and William Hill. This will be Joachim Lowe’s last major tournament as the National team manager and he will be desperate to lift the trophy a year after it was first scheduled.
Of the bigger prices, World Cup finalists Croatia stick out at a best price 49/1 with SBK but they will likely have a tough passage to the final, especially if they lose their opening group match against England. The team has not kicked on since beating England in Russia 2018, but this will be another good opportunity for the small nation to show what they’re capable of on the big stage.
England to win Euro 2020 Odds
It will be a surprise to most people to see England at the top of the betting to win Euro 2020, and it is hard to see how people can bet on Gareth Southgate’s side with confidence. The goalkeeper position is as yet undecided with Jordan Pickford looking like keeping hold of his position but Dean Henderson and Nick Pope both in with a chance of taking the jersey.
In defence John Stones has had a very good season with Manchester City and is likely to partner Harry Maguire. Kyle Walker has also been impressive and so has Luke Shaw.

England never make things easy at a major tournament but this group of players brought about one of the biggest celebrations in recent memory when beating Colombia on penalties in the last 16 of the World Cup.
