Astana have lost all their group stage fixtures so far, coneceding 14 and scoring just once. They are already mathematically eliminated and have little chance of finishing anywhere but last.

Manchester United have made hard work of their Europa League group stage. Narrow wins over Astana and Partizan Belgrade and a 0-0 draw with AZ Alkmaar aren’t inspiring but have helped Solskjaer’s side through to the next round with two games to spare.
