Everton have had a torrid last few weeks. The Toffees have lost four of their last five league games, averaging just a goal a game in that time. Marco Silva is under severe pressure with his side struggling for goals and failing to make the push for a top six place.

Spurs are just two point ahead of Everton going into this weekend. Just one win in five league games is concerning form for Pochettino’s side. A 3-0 loss to Brighton in which Hugo Lloris suffered a serious injury is particularly worrying.

 

Away day blues

Tottenham have struggled badly away from home this season. They have picked up just two points and have now lost three on the bounce. Meanwhile, Everton have won three of their five home games. It’s a tough call given both side’s recent form but we’re backing Everton to come away with something here. Double chance Everton/Draw is priced at 1/2.

Neither side has had very high scoring games in recent weeks. Despite a 3-2 loss last weekend, Everton’s last five games have only averaged 2.8 goals a game.
