Wales vs Bulgaria

Wales go into this game off an impressive 1-0 win away at Finland and it’s clear Ryan Giggs is really starting to stamp his authority on this Welsh team. He’s got his side organised and well drilled proving a tough night’s work for any nation, this has been evident in recent results. Wales are unbeaten in 7 straight internationals, winning 5 and drawing 2 only conceding 3 goals in the process. Bulgaria come into this game off a positive 1-1 draw to Ireland in their Nations League opener, their lack of goals will be a big worry for the Bulgarian faithful, they’ve only managed 3 goals in their last 8 international matches. Wales’ last 3 results have seen them win to nil and expect them to do the same here against a team who are struggling to find the back of the net.

Wales to win to nil – 5/4 with Bet365.

Spain vs Ukraine

In what was a different look Spanish side, Luis Enrique’s men managed to salvage a 1-1 draw against Germany in their Nations League opener thanks to a last minute equaliser from Jose Gaya. Luis Enrique would have been pleased with what he saw from his team throughout the 90 minutes, his side created good chances in the first half but couldn’t take them. Ukraine got their Nations League off to a good start with a 2-1 home against Switzerland, thanks to the Premier League duo of Yarmolenko and Zinchenko. Expect Spain to have too much quality for Ukraine on home soil where they have won 6 straight internationals. Although not picking up 3 points they showed against Germany they can still mix it at the top, however that being said it won’t be an easy night’s work as Ukraine will be going into this game full of confidence.

Spain to win and BTTS – at 12/5 with Bet365.

Ireland vs Finland

Ireland would’ve been disappointed with their 1-1 draw in their Nations League opener against Bulgaria, Shane Duffy rescued a point for the Iriish men in the 93rd minute. Stephen Kenny will be pleased to be back at home at the Aviva stadium, a place where they’ve only lost once in their last 10 internationals. Finland travel to Ireland on the back of a 1-0 home defeat to Wales, that’s 4 defeats out of their last 6 games and they will be in for a tough night on Sunday. Expect Ireland to collect all 3 points against out of form Finland on home soil, while scoring a couple goals in the process.

Ireland to score over 1.5 goals – 5/4 with Bet365.

Switzerland vs Germany

We should be in for an entertaining clash here when both these nations square off in Switzerland. Switzerland started their Nations League campaign with a 2-1 defeat away to Ukraine, whilst Germany shared the spoils at home to Spain. The history of this fixture screams goals, these 2 nations have only met 3 times in their history the results were; Switzerland 5-3 Germany, Switzerland 0-4 Germany, Germany 3-1 switzerland. Germany don’t have any issues when it comes to finding the back of the net, they have notched up 18 goals in their last 6 internationals, whilst Switzerland have scored 14 goals in their last 6 internationals. Expect goals in this one with both teams finding the back of the net.

Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals – 11/8 with Bet365.

Serbia v Turkey

Both sides started off with defeats in their Nations League openers, Serbia suffered a 3-1 defeat away to Russia, whilst Turkey suffered a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to Hungary. Serbia will once again look to their go to man Aleksander Mitrovic to bring them the 3 points, the Fulham striker has been lethal in front of goal for Serbia. In Serbia’s Euro 2020 qualifying campaign Mitrovic found the back of the net 10 times in only 8 games played; he also registered a goal in Serbia’s 3-1 defeat to Russia in the opener. Expect him to find the back of the net against Turkey firing Serbia to the 3 points.

Mitrovic to score anytime – 11/10 with Bet365.
