I think Chelsea will get their third win in four matches this weekend away to Brentford. The Blues are looking good this season, and many are backing them to mount a title challenge – although I think it’s likely they’ll fall short this season. They have made a good start, though, and I think they’ll take all three points fairly comfortably this weekend.

With that, I don’t think they’ll concede either. Despite being away from home here, I think they’ll keep another clean sheet. They have had two clean sheets in three games, conceding just one goal, the least in the league along with Arsenal, Spurs and Crystal Palace. Brentford have scored three and conceded three, and I don’t think they’ll get ok the scoresheet against a solid Chelsea this weekend.

I’m backing Chelsea’s Joao Pedro to have at least one shot on target in this one. The former Brighton man has two goals to his name in his opening three matches, with three of his eight shots in the league so far being on target. I think there’s a great chance he will have at least one here.

We’re backing Brentford’s Igor Thiago to be carded here. He has already picked up one yellow card in his three league matches, making nine fouls, an average of three per game. It’ll be a difficult 90 minutes for Brentford, and I think it’s likely he will make several fouls again against the Blues. He’s good odds to be carded.
