Leicester vs Man United Predictions
I’m backing Manchester United to win this one against a lowly Leicester side. United come into this one unbeaten in six, with four wins and two draws, including a 4-1 hammering of Real Sociedad last time out in the Europa League. Leicester have lost all of their last six, scoring just one goal in the process, which was against Man United in a 2-1 defeat. I think United will be too strong for the Foxes here. Bruno Fernandes bagged a hattrick during the week against Sociedad, so I’m backing him to either score or assist this weekend. He has scored 13 goals and assisted 11 in all competitions this season, with seven goals and seven assists in his 27 league appearances. He will be full of confidence following that midweek display, and United will have a lot of chances here against a struggling side. I think he’s great odds to add to either his goal or assist tally, or both. I don’t think Leicester will create many chances, but they will manage a few, and I expect at least one to fall to Jamie Vardy. Vardy is clinical, and when he shoots, there’s a good chance he will hit the target. 19 of his 44 shots this season have been on target, so he has a shooting accuracy just shy of 50%, and an average not far shy of one shot on target per game. He has eight goals this season, seven of which have come in the league, and I think he is good odds to have a shot on target here. Harry Winks is the man I’m backing for a card. The Leicester midfielder has picked up four yellow cards in the league this season in 21 appearances. He has made nine fouls, so doesn’t have a particularly high average (just under 0.5 per game) but I do think he might make a few here. He will be coming up against an in-form Bruno Fernandes, and may also face physical players like Casemiro and Manuel Ugarte. I think there’s a good chance of Winks picking up his fifth booking of the season here.Leicester vs Man United £50 in Free Bets
