Chelsea vs Tottenham Bet Builder Tip – 7/1 Prediction for Super Sunday

Chelsea betting tips

A mammoth fixture for the second game of the season as the final Sunday game provides us with a London derby and plenty at stake as both sides look to set the tone for the season and flex their muscles as to who is going to be higher up the table come season end.

Both sides are evenly matched at the moment with a few weeks of the window left that could change but I think Antonio Conte’s comments last season about his former side adds some fuel to the fire for this one. He publicly stated last season that Chelsea were miles ahead of his side. At the time he was possibly right to an extent but with the likes of Eric Dier this week still talking about it Conte got what he wanted – a response! Couple that with the grueling summer schedule Conte is well known for putting players through they blew away Southampton on the opening day running out 4-1 winners.

H2Hs last season show they couldn’t even find the net but a lot has changed for both teams since then. Chelsea have brought in Sterling, Koulibaly, and Cucurella whilst Spurs have embedded Kulusevski and Bentacur into the side and welcome back new signing Richarlison for a potential league debut.

I have tossed and turned with this one and it could go any which way and as such I’ve found a couple of player betting tips for today’s builder.

Chelsea vs Tottenham Bet Builder Tip

Ryan Sessegnon Card

Raheem Sterling 1+ SoT

Odds – 7/1 with Paddy Power

Ryan Sessegnon to be carded

I added this one to the tips page, and I feel it looks solid at the price. This young man is going to have his work cut out on that right hand side with Reece James up and down that line and possessing a lot of ability going forward and physicality to boot he’s in a battle that I don’t see him winning, also bear in mind Mount on that side and possibly Sterling Drifting wise they will draw him in for fouls and I think this game is out of his depth.

Raheem Sterling 1+ Shot on Target

Think this also looks nailed on, he had 3 attempts last week and is always a constant threat, he will be a key factor to most attacks the hosts produce and is always in and around that penalty area. Last season he produced 28 shots on target in 30 games. He will want to have a big impact in this game.
