Manchester United are in unbelievable form and come into this massive derby fixture on the back of winning the Carabao Cup, and a midweek FA Cup win over West Ham. In the league, the Red Devils are unbeaten in nine of their last 10 fixtures, with their only defeat coming against league leaders Arsenal at the end of January. Liverpool have picked up somewhat of late, winning three of their last five Premier League matches. However, I think United are very strong at the minute and I expect them to have too much for their rivals Liverpool in this one.

With this one being a huge derby match, I think it’ll be very fast paced with both teams looking to gain the bragging rights over the other. Both teams are in decent goal scoring form, with Liverpool scoring a minimum of two in three of their last five fixtures, and United scoring two or more in each of their last 12 fixtures in all competitions. Both sides have plenty of quality in the attack, and will create plenty of chances in this one. I think it’ll be a really exciting encounter, and I think both teams will get themselves on the scoresheet and this selection will land.
