We’re predicting Newcastle to win this one over Spurs in London. They have won all their last five fixtures in all competitions, losing just one game in their last 10. Spurs have won only two of their last 10 fixtures in all competitions, winning just three of their last 10 in the Premier League. Spurs will have their usual all out attack football on display, and Newcastle will exploit that when they win the ball back, with their quality all over the pitch. I expect them to take the points back to the Toon this weekend. I mentioned Spurs’ style of play, and I think that’ll cause at least three goals in this one. For Spurs, there have been three or more goals in six of their last 10 matches in all competitions. In three of those games, there were nine, seven and five goals. Newcastle have had three or more in seven of their last 10, so the stats look good on both sides for there to be at least three goals here. Alexander Isak has either scored or assisted in each of his last six, so we’re backing him to do either of those once again. The Swede has bagged 13 goals in all competitions this season, in his 20 appearances in the league and Carabao Cup. He also has four assists to his name, and I think he will be right in amongst every Newcastle attack as he always is. I think he’s good odds to score or assist again in this one. Sandro Tonali is the one player we’re backing for a card. He has been carded four times in the league this season, in 17 matches. In that time, he has made 15 fouls, an average just shy of one foul per match. I think this one will be a fiery affair, and Tonali will be involved in a lot of midfield battles.
