Tuesday night Football League action returns this week and we have found four matches for a both teams to score accumulator across the Championship, League One and League Two. It is still early in the season so the stats on offer have to be taken with a pitch of salt but looking at the xG from the opening two games, we can come up with some betting tips for BTTS this week. Peterborough vs Cardiff

Peterborough needed a 100th minute goal to beat Derby County 2-1 on Saturday lunchtime and lost 3-0 in their opening match of the season, away at Luton. Posh are usually good value for goals at both ends and had an xG of 1.39 on Saturday, managing 13 shots. Cardiff are fancied by many for promotion and beat Blackpool 2-0 on Saturday, peppering the opposition goal with 17 shots. Their xG was 3.01 in that match and they should have had more than their 3 goals. Peterborough have the home advantage here so should find the net and land our BTTS tip. Wigan vs Wycombe

Wycombe have made the perfect start to the season, winning their first two matches and scoring five goals. They have conceded in both matches so far though, and allowed Cheltenham 13 shots on goal at the weekend. Wigan lost 2-1 to Sunderland then beat Rotherham 1-0 on Saturday. They’ve score in both league matches so far and drew 1-1 with Hull in the League Cup. Betting Tip – Both teams to score 20/29  

Burton vs Sunderland

Burton won 2-1 at home to Ipswich on Saturday despite not having the majority of the game, but they did take both of their big chances they created. They did exactly the same against Shrewsbury in their opening match of the season, having less possession but taking their chances. Sunderland are good value for BTTS, it has happened in their three games this season, which they have won 2-1 on each occasion. The Black Cats conceded 17 shots on goal vs MK Dons on Saturday so Burton are sure to get chances in this one. Betting Tip – Both teams to score 5/8.  

Rochdale vs Forest Green

Rochdale had 15 shots against Scunthorpe on Saturday but could only come away with a 0-0 draw, missing their one big chance. However, they lost 3-2 at Harrogate on the opening day of the season and have created four big chances this season. Forest Green have won and conceded in both matches so far, winning 3-1 away at Walsall on Saturday. They had 20 shots in that match and care fancied to create plenty of chances here too, Rochdale can land the BTTS tip if they take one of the chances they are creating.
